Three principles for living a healthy, long and motivated life in retirement. Keep focused on what's important and don't overdo or obsess about stuff. Do what you love, but don't do too much of it!

If you are going to drink, you'll want to try to drink only light beers or liquor mixed with diet drinks or drinks with no calories. You have to be careful what you drink because it is easy to get carried away with beer sometimes, trust me I know. Each beer can have upwards of 100 calories and after only five, you will be exceeding the 500 calorie mark!
ODo you manage your weight well? Overweight and obesity are linked to cardiovascular diseases as well as a host of other chronic diseases like diabetes, various types of cancer and osteoarthritis. A person having a BMI of 25 to 30 is classified as overweight, while a BMI of over 30 is considered obese.
If you want pigs that are big and healthy, feed them with the appropriate kind of feeds. Sometimes leftover food is also fed to the pigs. However, if you are one who is dependent on feeds, do not feed them leftovers because it will ruin their appetite. It is paramount that when feeding pigs you have to seek the advice of an expert regarding the amount of food to be given. Also take enough time to consider which of the feeds the pigs are responding best to. They may have a preferred food and knowing this will make feeding them easier.
Health Issues: Little, if any thought is given to this area until something problematic happens later down the road. Make healthy living a life style. For instance, it is futile to lose weight to help you attract a mate only to pile it back on when you achieve your objective. This is particularly true for women. Short term measures are counterproductive when looking at the long term picture. Healthy living includes all the things we put into our bodies, minds and emotions.
Keep your weight in a Healthy living advice range. Being obese or overweight is hard on your heart. The larger your body the more blood flow you need. Your heart enlarges to compensate for weight and this Useful healthy habits leads to heart diseases and issues.
"Prevention is better than Cure". So make sure that you give your pets their baths regularly every week. Keep your house clean and dry and you will never be bothered by the flea problem.
